Nanotechnology offers the possibility of great advances in healthcare, yet it may also expose healthcare workers to new risks.

Nursing organizations such as the Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA), are concerned with the adverse health effects these products may cause in nurses and other healthcare workers exposed to nano-enabled products.
